Privacy Policy

Principles

Network Sentinel Solutions security policies are based on the Principle of Least Privilege. These policies in turn govern our security standards and security procedures, which are used to maintain the security triad of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability. Our security policies, procedures, standards, etc., align with several top security standards where applicable, including:

All communications are handled over encrypted channels, and audio/video calls are placed over FIPS and HIPAA complaint software.

Once data is collected, it does not leave the Network Sentinel Solutions data-center other than customer alerts and telemetry visible in customer dashboards, and this data is only transmitted to customers over encrypted channels.

All data that Network Sentinel Solutions stores, transmits, or otherwise processes is encrypted. This includes main production application data, such as end-point telemetry, logon information, or alerts, as well as ancillary and incidental data, such as emails and teleconferencing. Any data transmitted from or received by Network Sentinel Solutions is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. Network Sentinel Solutions data at rest is encrypted in compliance with Advanced Encryption Standard AES-256.
