Privacy Policy

Principles

Network Sentinel Solutions security policies, which in turn govern our security standards and security procedures, are based on the Principle of Least Privilege, maintain the security triad of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability, and align with several top security standards, including SOC2, ISO 270001, NIST CSF, and HIPAA/HITRUST, where applicable. All communications are handled over encrypted channels, and audio/video calls are placed over FIPS and HIPAA complaint software.

Once data is collected, it does not leave the Network Sentinel Solutions data-center other than customer alerts and telemetry visible in customer dashboards, and only then data is only transmitted over encrypted channels.
